We’re People for Good. And our goal is to make the world a better place, one good deed at a time. It may sound ambitious but it’s easier than you’d think. In fact, you could help make the world a better place right now. Just by doing something nice for someone. Rest assured, we’re not asking for money, we just want you to donate a little generosity.

The Good Experiment

Studies show that when you do something nice for someone, it gives you a natural high that can last for weeks, even months. So we asked five Canadians to do one good deed every day for 7 days, just to see how it made them feel. They documented their experiences on their webcams. Watch now.

Good Ideas

Whether you're in the grocery store or on the bus, there's always an opportunity to do some good. Here are some ideas to get you started. If you have a good deed we haven't thought of, add it to the list. We're always looking for new ways to make someone's day.

Give up the remote

Make breakfast for the household

Go say hello to your neighbour.

Shovel an elderly person's driveway.

Tell someone you love them.
